3rd Annual Chamber Music Festival

The popular Chamber Music Festival returns for its third year, in a new fall time slot and performing for the first time in The McKnight Center! The Festival features entertaining programming and incredible musicians, handpicked by famed pianist Anne-Marie McDermott, who returns as Artistic Director.

The St. Lawrence String Quartet

Edgar Meyer has been called “the most remarkable virtuoso in the history of his instrument” (The New Yorker) as well as a “superb composer” (Strings Magazine).

Joshua Roman has earned an international reputation for his wide-ranging repertoire. The Seattle Post-Intelligencercalled him “a musician of imagination and expressive breadth.”

The St. Lawrence String Quartet, an audience favorite, are “remarkable not simply for the quality of their music making, exalted as it is, but for the joy they take in the act of connection.” (The New Yorker)
